II placed my preorder and paid for the expensive package in April 2023 and have yet to receive any product or detailed status of the preorder except for the standard emails. It is now March 2024 and still no product.

It's March of 2024. I still have my 1st Lux Cable that I bought a year a go and beside the little bit of dirt on the outside of the cable. It still works like new. ITS THE BEST CHARGING CABLE in the world. I also order Lux cable's for this past Christmas and my family members love them. Thanks again for makeing charging great again..

"Magfast Products"

Invested in products when they were getting started and bought 2 sets of extreme which are remarkable and have used it to actually start a car with a dead battery. Have purchased numerous lux cables which are great and very flexible and work very well. Was waiting for other products ordered originall that are still in development and have since received a refund for the price as I assume they are not meeting high standards for the products

"No customer service help at all!!!"

I was one of the first people to order from Magfest but have never received my original order. I have bought other things and am happy with product but now another issue has come up and it’s time to say something.
I ordered three charging cords at Christmas and received the wrong ones. Never tried to exchange them because basically I ordered them wrong. Did it again on Valentine’s Day specials but NOW I immediately figured out how I ordered them wrong twice. The company gives you two choices that look exactly alike. I contacted your company Immediately and was told it was “too late” to cancel or change the order!
Was told to refuse the order and as soon as you got them back you would exchange them gif the correct ones. That was I’ve two weeks now. Still no credit, no recorded NO HELP FROM YOUR COMPANY. Now I am out $54.00 X 3 times and no product that is usable for our phones!!
