"Looks professional and a first class carryon case"

I have just taken delivery of my Magfast Heathrow Pro eCarryOn and could not be happier. The case arrived undamaged and extremely well protected in a heavy duty cardboard box. Inside that box was a lighter weight card box with carrying handle and inside of that was my Heathrow Pro, neatly encased in its own cloth protective bag. Inside the case I found my clear acrylic protective cover for the Extreme, a laundry bag and shoe bag that match the same pattern as the case interior, a note pad, leather luggage tag, and a soft travel blanket that I wasn't expecting at all. I also found an envelope with some self adhesive tags to indicate a variety of countries and cities - these won't be getting stuck on to the outside of a high end case.

Everything about the case is as described by Seymour in the promotional videos and my wife thought the soft close handles were a super idea. About the only thing I wasn't aware of was the cover for the Extreme slides on to the charging bank before placing it in to the enclave. I mistakenly thought it clipped in to the enclave and stayed in place through friction.

The magnets do hold the Extreme nicely in place until released.

The case is heavy at about 11lb empty but feels extremely well constructed. The locks are simple to reset for a personal combination option and the whole case looks and feels professional.

I'm not sure when I will first get to use this but I am looking forward to the opportunity of putting it through its paces. Before then, it is my intention to buy a heavy duty clear plastic cover as additional protection and to keep my investment looking pristine in the advent I have to check it in due to space confinements on the flight.

It is true that there has been about a four month delay from when these were originally due to be shipped but the wait was certainly worth it.

My only disappointment now is that I have nothing further to look forward to receiving from Magfast until they begin production of the other items from the Pro Kit.

"Like the company amd products but everything is confusing and ii didnt receive everything i thought was coming…"

Everything is so confusing when it cones to when we are getting what and what all is coming with it. I paid shipping for the carry on the protective battery cade and the extreme charger but I only got the suitcase and protective cover no extreme battery plus shipping for my original pre order is supposed ti of happened yet I don't see a single one of those either nor any info on what's up. Basically I like the company but things are extremely disorganized and I'm a little agitated cause I've waited so long and then paying for shipping of the extreme just so it wouldn't arrive is irritating. However the suitcase is nice couldn't find the tracker device I thought came with it but the luggage is Bice as well as the stuff inside.

"Great Products but company still just getting going."

The products I have been purchasing have been outstanding. Each one is of obvious premium quality, construction, materials and performance. My reason for not 5 Stars, is that orders received over time have neither been timely nor completely accurate. I have had long waits for orders, compared to charges made to me. Customer Service does not respond quickly.

The shipment arrived in two pieces, and a 3rd piece is still missing.
I have received my Heathrow Pro, and my cables, but
I am still waiting for my Extreme.
They are quality projects, but I am hoping for smoother deliveries in future.

"Heathrow Carryon Sturdy, Heavy, and Cramped"

My new Heathrow carryon is attractive and sturdy. It’s also way heavier than I expected, leading me to wonder whether the larger sizes will be practicable given weight limits on bags checked onto airlines. The space created on the outside for an accessible Extreme charger seriously constrains the interior space available for more traditional packing. I tried the carryon out for a recent weekend jaunt and was not able to pack all my weekend things, even with a mix n match wardrobe that limited clothing items taken. Slippers and a shawl had to be excluded. I’ll be experimenting with toiletry packing to see if I can free up more room.

"Magfast’s Refund Checked Bounced"

Magfast does not appear to be responding to customer support requests. I asked for a refund for the Magfast Time that I ordered in 2020. In late February, they finally sent me a refund check for $99. The only problem is the check bounced. There have been no response to my email requests.

Issue has been resolved with funds wired to my bank. Thanks Magfast.

"I received my Heathrow Pro and am…"

I received my Heathrow Pro and am loving it. Told my husband we need to plan a trip just to use it. The packaging was very nice and kept the luggage from being damaged during shipment. I was very pleased with the look and feel of the luggage. Then I opened it up I was very happy with the interior, I was very happy the receive the blanket, travel bag, journal, and travel stickers. Was a nice touch to my order. I have enjoyed all the products I have received from Magfast. We use our charging cord and power blocks regularly.

"MagFast for the win"

I love all the MagFast products. Being a crowd funded company is especially hard because of the development and production hurtles. MagFast has done a great job of keeping us in the loop on manufacturing and production challenges and breakthroughs. I just received my Heathrow Pro. It is stunningly beautiful and the craftsmanship is beyond expectations.
