I attended one of the first presentations which promised a free charger for my time. When I submitted the order for the said charger, I added a few additional adapters, at my expense, which were not included. It's now been over 4 years and after numerous inquiries I have nothing but emails with links directing me to FAQ pages. At least I'm only out a few bucks for the adapters. They still send me text messages about some exciting new thing they are working on that I need to hear about. How about treating your customer with respect and give them what you promised!

This is a terrible company. I ordered product four years ago and have only received excuses. They put up a captivating marketing pitch getting people to ‘invest’ and as far as I can tell, that is all.
They are in violation of FTC Rule 16 CFR Part 435.
This has been an ongoing issue since 2020.

"I had high hopes for MAGFAST"

I had high hopes for MAGFAST. I really did! I was super excited about their product. Everything started out well, despite their last crowd funding attempt failure. Long story short. It took them ages to deliver on anything, and then I received only 2 parts of my Pro Kit. Shortly after receiving these 2 items an email went out that they'd no longer be continuing with the Pro Kits yada yada and that they were implementing MAGBucks to "compensate" for the stoppage. After looking into my MAGBucks, once I finally received them that is, I found out they themselves were just another joke. I have several hundreds of MAGBucks, that are, in my opinion, totally useless. For example, in order to use ANY of these "compensation dollars" you MUST spend an equal amount. Wait what? Yup. Want to buy a $200 item from MAGFAST? You cannot use 200 MAGBucks. You can only cover 50% of the cost. So again, they're RIPPING US OFF. Had they honoured and focused on their initial project instead of going off the rails with other things like the ridiculous Heathrow suitcases they probably could have delivered the products they PROMISED; but no they wasted OUR money with one stupid gimmick after another. I tried to wait out this ridiculous nonsense, and excuse after excuse, but the last straw was when I started receiving UNSOLICITED EMAIL from their investment partners. When I inquired I got some lame excuse, yet again, as to why THEY SOLD MY EMAIL ADDRESS. I immediately unsubscribed from all their emails and am washing my hands of this shady company. I would also wager a bet they'll respond to this review with yet MORE excuses and invalid reasons for their poor business practices.

"SCAM"

I “purchased” the "MAGFAST Family Pro Kit" on 8/31/2020 for $297. I received an email thanking me for my “preorder” and explaining that Magfast is a startup and won’t have any products right away.

Since then, I have received several more emails inviting me to webinars and investment opportunities for other products. What I have never received is any actual product.

You get no response if you send an email.

This firm has promised product and shipment dates many times and has not met them. Now they have rescinded the promise of any product except for charging cables and has given those who have been fleeced the opportunity to give them more money for nothing.

If MagFast's were not selling a physical product but were selling software, it would be considered "vaporware".

This is the typical pyramid scheme and I can only hope it collapses soon.

Had a Pre-order2022 with lots of high hopes and was let down. Never got my order to this daythen got a notice about a BS MAGBUCKS program but wait there is a catch, oh you can't use them for 100% of your purchase so give us more money for products you will never see and we will use that money to SCAM more people. I have requested a refund multiple times and either got no response or a canned response with no follow-up. Look at their webstore they say they are shipping updated products, but wait again another catch oh you can only order the overpriced cables, so what good are these BS MAGBUCKS. Worthless.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. JUST A BUNCH OF LIES AND SCAMS TO TAKE HARD-WORKING AMERICANS MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER AND NEVER RESPOND. NEGATIVE 5 STARS would be my review.

I “purchased” a set of chargers, including two that are supposed to start a dead car when connected to its battery. That was in 2019. I received an email thanking me for my “preorder” and explaining that Magfast is a startup and won’t have any products right away.

Since then, I have received several more emails inviting me to webinars and investment opportunities for other products.

After submitting a very negative review on Trustpilot, I received the following response from Magfast. After following the provided link, I supplied my physical address (they apparently don’t ship to PO boxes). In about a week, I received all of my orders.

The Lux cords charge up my iPhone about twice as fast as the cords that came with them. The chargers are power banks that hold an insane amount of electricity. I haven’t had occasion to try out the Extreme car jumpstarting charger yet, but what I’ve seen so far makes me confident that it will work as advertised.

Way to go, Magfast!

I’m kind of disappointed that the Magfast Time is no longer available. I was hoping to get something to charge up my iWatch.

Was sent à email saying they said they would happily refund me, first never got it ,before threathening them with bad reviews. They wake up after 3 years and tell me im the problem. They can go screw themselves and Seymor good night sleep tight .Their reply to this review is bullshit, the only ones who repeatedly send emails are all the people who have been screwed.
