First of all,I'd been thinking about when someone would create or invent or improve a wireless charging device for awhile now. Then i got an email from Magfast and when I read it,I was very interested. I took advantage of the pre-order and am still waiting patiently...This company TOOK THE TIME to explain the process of the product AND the process of mfg to shipping....And the product i got(LUX) was EVERYTHING they said it would be!!

"Grateful/disappointed"

I'm grateful that it finally arrived two years later. But I'm also a bit disappointed that I didn't get the color I wanted, because I wouldn't say I like the color, White. Also, the Air though it has a unique and convenient design, is extremely slow compared to an official Apple rapid charger.

It took a while, but I finally got my extreme! So far, it's amazing. I've used it several times already to charge up devices while on the road. I'm looking forward to my next trip!

As a kick start when I joined magfast I knew product would be slow at first. The thing is when you’re starting out you want the product to be perfect. They are doing it right. The cables are the best I have used. I know the rest of the products will also be worth the wait.

"Unhappy"

After waiting 7 years, I finally received a Hello Package. Unfortunately, neither Air or Life work well with my non-Apple phone. Air won't even charge my phone unless it's plugged into the wall. Life, will only charge at 1%, which is crazy. At this point, I feel like I wasted 7 years, and several hundred dollars.

I luv this cord that I use to charge my phone. It's super fast. When I think it's not, I use another and see how long it takes to charge. What a pleasure to order from these guys, super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to buy a couple more cord to have handy and also as gifts.. valerie

I watched the last presentation and ordered some cables. They arrived very quickly. Still waiting for initial order, but realize they will be arriving soon.

"Worth the wait!"

I have waited almost 4 years since putting in my order, and had just about given up any hope of seeing the product. But, when the Magfast order arrived, wowza, was it a super nice product. Quick charging and super powerful batteries. I have tried the MF Extreme to jump start an SUV, no problem, and the MF Life and Air work great at charging multiple devices over Qi. Extra cable connectors mean that I can pretty much charge any Apple or non apple product, and then some. I am looking forward to the balance of my order, and hoping it wont take another 4 years.....

Sent in a request about it let them know I would return it and so far after a month no response at all.. 6 years waiting for the wonderful great magfast to receive it partially not working.
