"Magfast Customer Support and Delivery"
Up to now, I have two orders with Magfast. One was for the Lux Cable, which got here on time and is a really good product! They're durable and among the most reliable cables I have in my collection. The other order I made was for the charging stations - and while they haven't arrived yet, I did get in touch with customer support. They politely explained to me that my choice of color would start shipping next year, which was sad - however, they also offered me to switch to the white version of the product, which could have been shipped much sooner! As far as I am concerned, they made every effort to keep me happy. So, I'm very much looking forward to next year and am confident that I will be very happy with the product.

I love their products especially their LUX charging cord. It's super fast and it's very sturdy. If you haven't tried it, do so. I highly recommend it.

Right from day one my experience with MAGFAST has been very enjoyable. They have certainly kept us( the clients) up to date as to what was going on with the charging components that we had ordered. They went into detail explaining every step of the trip we were on and when we could expect our finished product.

I absolutely love Magfast! The cord is over 6ft. long and I can bend it as much as I want. All of my friends have wanted my cord since they laid eyes on it but I tell them don't touch! Get your own! I really love the freedom it allows me as well. I wish I could afford all of the Magfast products because I am in love with all of them!

"The company is not what they say they…"
The company is not what they say they are for numerous reasons. I invested thousands of dollars into this company, but I regret it. First, the products are not as they say...can't speak for the cables, as I never had them, but the chargers are garbage. Better off buying from Apple, Belkin or someone with a track record. I complained that their chargers were bad and they offered a refund. I sent back everything and guess what? 3 months later and no refund!! Totally shady company. Also, ever notice that every November they're asking for more investment? Yet, they don't sell to retail, do not distribute overseas, do not attend the major trade shows around the world and only sell direct to consumer. All the while inflating their value with falsehoods. Bet anything next month they will be asking for more investment at a higher BS evaluation. All a scam to pay their bills. I wanted to trust this company, but let's face it, facts are facts and they've done nothing to become a world class tech company. Quite the opposite. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If you're looking for Clarity from reviews, don't look at the lies in the 5-star reviews. the truth is in the 1-star reviews.
I'm just like many of them. It's been 3 years going on 4 years... and I haven't received anything. Magfast needs to fulfill its original commitments before unveiling new products. If you can't fill orders, stop trying to create new products. It started with Air & Light... Now there is a suitcase? When I preordered back in July 2020, I expected a year following the pandemic. However, Magfast keeps producing these lame investor webinars and introduces new products... duck you, stop using our investments, and fulfill our dam orders already. You see Magfast you're going to tickoff the wrong person and that person will file a class action lawsuit, against what is still a startup company since they're still begging for investments.... if the other 1-star reviews are true...if I get my order within this decade, I'm probably going to be disappointed. So, if you're looking to invest in the company, you probably should do some serious ducking research yourself. If a class action lawsuit showed up at my door... as of right NOW... yeah I'd sign it. If I had known, I wouldn't have purchased my pre-order.
The only good thing about this company was the LUX cable. there is nothing like it on the market and I love it! Wish I could say that about anything else, but I can't.

I've only purchased a USB C cable from Magfast during a promotion they were having. The quality and function of this cable is far superior to any other similar cable, regardless of pricing. It came exactly as promised exceeding my expectations.
