"I love this company"

I love this company. I had an issue with one of my USB cords and they helped me out and I am appreciative of the customer service department! I will be a lifelong customer! Thank you for all you do!

"With Magfast since the beginning"

I have been with Magfast since the early days and ordered 5 complete sets of the family of products.

Being the CFO of an established manufacturing business with mature markets and supply chains, I know firsthand the impact Covid had on our business.

I can only imagine the challenges of developing new products, securing materials, overseas challenges through the lockdowns, etc. It is a miracle that Magfast survived at all.

Instead of throwing in the towel, they reinvented the charging cable instead, massively changing the competitive landscape. Lux is truly the greatest charging cable in the world.

Yes, there are still challenges, but they are being met head-on, and eventually, all of the promised products will be available and the company will be better off.

I believe in the Company so much that I also became an investor. I remember that Thanksgiving morning during the first round. I could not have been more thrilled when I found myself amongst thousands of other investors ready and willing to invest in Magfast.

I was also there during the Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign. I purchased over 100 cables to share with family and friends and won first place in the contest.

I remain a loyal customer, investor, and advocate for this great Company. I am thrilled to see more new product development and growing revenues.

"Wait 4.5 years to receive a defective unit"

I purchased the whole set of chargers 4.5 years ago. I just received 2 of the units 2 weeks ago, and the Extreme unit doesn’t work. I have been trying to contact support for 2 weeks, and other than an automated email I have received no response. I want a full refund as the situation is ridiculous. I wait almost half a decade and they send me a defective product to then not respond to me. Do not purchase from this company.

Magfast - I want a refund on all the items I ordered, and any reasonable person would understand that 4.5 years after payment is ridiculous, and I only received a partial shipment of what I paid for. I have worked in IT for 25 years, and I know how to test a unit. The Extreme unit doesn't work as advertised, and I do not want to deal with your company anymore. I don't want explanations or excuses. I want my money back.

I notice most of the 5 star reviews are from people who haven't even received any product yet. Reviewing on what a company says instead of what they do is insincere.

I received a defective product and they do not respond as to replacement.

"I have been requesting a refund for two…"

I have been requesting a refund for two years! Now I am over half way through year three since I plucked down nearly $500 for the forest green charger station. After being told one year in that the white would ship faster I asked for my order to be changed and I have heard nothing since. I don’t know who these people are writing great reviews but I suspect they are bogus! I don’t believe this is a real company!
