My cable was replaced pretty fast and is working well now. My first one lasted about 8 months which was a bit of a surprise. I have had cheap cables that have lasted longer. The quality of these cables appears to be quite a bit better than the usual ones. I am hoping I will not have to replace charging cables so often.

Outstanding customer service and communication for warranty claim. Verification was painless and quick. Replacement item arrived in less than 3 days. LUX is wonderful but not perfect and the entire team at MAGFAST cares about their products and customers. I have found myself defending my MAGFAST connection to friends and family. When they experience the quality and customer care, all doubts melt away. As I can afford, more MAGFAST items will be on my Christmas list.
