How about information on shipping the Magfast Extreme.
I received an email in February of this year on so called shipping dates. It is now October and I along with many others have NO information on shipping and receipt of the product.
You either have vaporware or are an out-in-out fraud.
I will contact others who have not received their product and we will discuss how to next proceed.

It is now August 17, 2023. No updates on the Magfast charger with jumper cables.
No communication of any type, have you just duped all of these backers. Have you committed fraud, it seems so.
If you are an upstanding ding company, give us product details, or refund our money.

I have an outstanding order from Oct 26 2019 ( $396) that has still not been fulfilled, and these guys keep taking orders from others. This is a pretty big scam IMHO and you should all save your hard earned money and not order a thing. Please be careful


Update: I did contact Magfast directly as they requested. It's been one day and no response for my simple request for a refund for an order made 4 years ago. Any reputable company would have resolved this much more quickly. Beware.

Day 2: No reply from Magfast. Not surprised as I expect to lose all my money, but don't want whoever is reading this to make the same mistake. It's been 1412 days since my original order.

I pre-ordered on the 2019 roll out of some chargers and still have no word on where those products are. Bought a few shares of the stock and just checked in on those. They aren’t there. My dashboard is empty. I did prefer some of the Luxe cables and those are very nice. 🤨

You addressed the stock issue, but not my products.

These are by far the best chargers I have ever owned! When one messed up because #LifeHappens, by no fault of MAGFAST, they gave me a discount to replace it. I’ve been following since 2019, and these chargers have been well worth the wait!

I have been with MAGFAST since before when they were producing Thing Charger -which I still use! Their products are of the highest quality. I am an original investor in MAGFAST. I wait patiently for the new products because I know that when I receive it, it will be perfect. MAGFAST is also excellent at communicating what is happening with the new products.

I placed a preorder back in July of 2020. There used to be updates that happened weekly but haven't seen any in a while. After reading the reviews, it sounded like new orders were receiving their extreme and other chargers before pre-orders which upsets me. The customer service when I have contacted them has been very informative and quick to respond. I am still looking forward to receiving my products but worried about the lack of updates in their website and status page. Scheduled for batch 23 delivery which was supposed to deliver April 21-30 and has been delayed with no updates.
