I have several magfast charging cables and they are by far the best I have ever used. They are expensive, so only time will tell if they hold up as well as they claim. The cables do come with an excellent warranty, I'm hoping it's a while.before I use it.

I also preordered a bundle and am anxiously waiting for some of that to be shipped

"Great customer service"

Last month, a dog I was petsitting for a few days ate one of the Magfast Lux cables I had purchased previously, and unfortunately the part of the cable with the serial number on it was eaten entirely. Even though I didn't know the serial number, Magfast's customer service still came through for me on the lifetime warranty and sent me a new cable at no charge. I appreciate this more that words can express and will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future.

Absolute scam and I’m glad I only lost $60. I’ve never waited this long for any pre-order. Literally more than four years and only promises of more waiting. This is a great model of never ever delivering.

I ordered in Jan of 2019 and still haven't received my order. I understand the pandemic caused problems, but to see they are planning on shipping their newest product by the end of the year is very disheartening. I know they keep saying they have shipping delays, manufacturing delays, etc. but when I checked my batch number 25, it was supposed to ship in May 11-20. More delays and their schedule shows nothing has shipped since the end of March. I hope I received them by the end of the year, but am not very hopeful. Reviews from people who actually received something other than the cables, seem to think the product is great, Hope the long wait is worth it for the product.

I really like the wireless charging capability as my phone charging port is not working. Tje phone is old and not worth repairing. But it still works and I can now keep it going using magfast life. It breaths new life into my older phone.
