The cable is great. It doesn't tangle, no cracks. With the USB adapter I can take it anywhere. Everything said in the presentation is true.

Buying experience is fine. The live updates are way way to long and quite self serving. While Seymour obviously is over excited about the products, there should be more attention to getting the orders we have placed in many cases years ago before hyping new products all the time. These new products most likely are not available for immediate shipping as well. Typical attention span of Webinars is 20 minutes

unfortunately, the USB A adapter was missing or not included with my cable. I have had an email from customer service, but the issue is not resolved at this time.

"Better than the rest"

Update: My initial review was written in error. I went to use one of my cables and realized that the adapter wasn't in the box. However, after opening every single one, and taking them out of the box they were shipped in, I was able to locate the missing adapter. I have used the cables since and can now say that I am well pleased. Thank you
