"Magfast Rip-off"

I've been waiting since 2020 for my MagFast system I paid for. It's listed as "Currently in Final Development."
It's amazing that they have time to release weekly videos touting their "Next Big Thing" instead of actually building their products - this time it's luggage of all things. Previous products include a USB cable as if THEIR USB cable was somehow better than any of the thousands of others on the market.
It's SEPTEMBER 2023 and even the iPhone has moved past the Lighting connector to USB-C.
I'm embarrassed that I recommended the Magfast to my friends when it was first announced and some of them bought it and all are still waiting!
Total rip-off. The only reason I haven't asked for a refund is I wanted to see if they would actually deliver a product before they end up in jail. (One Trust Pilot complaint - that your reviews are only valid for things that have happened in the last 12 months. MagFast has been stringing me along since June 2020 so I had to enter a date from a year ago to get this to register. I'm stating this as I see my review as true and the date issue as a failure on the part of Trust Pilot and not a false statement on my part since I've included it in my review.

The cable is nice quality and "feels nice". Well made. But almost $50 shipped for a charging cable? If you have a $200,000 Porsche and $1,000 Beluga Caviar, $50 may not be much for a cable. But for most of us in this economy it's much too pricey. Still if money is no object - great cable!

My new Extreme and Life chargers are terrific! Immediately registered them and plugged them in to charge. The charging cables for the Extreme seem to be pretty heavy duty, although I hope I don't need them much.

I am a Ham radio operator (KO4DGK) and I'm anxious to see if Extreme will power my radio when I go to a park...

I would have to say the best part is finally getting my chargers and proving all the nay sayer's wrong and they work even better than I've been touting them to work, well worth the wait.
