Receiving my charger was quick and painless, allows my phone to utilize "super fast" charging without issue, is as long as advertised and feels luxurious, also as advertised. Love it!!

However I would like to see updates on the Forest Green products. It's been almost 2 years since the pre-order. And yes I'd like to keep with my green. However I appreciate the feedback and how you're updating the products as necessary

"Magfast LUX Cable"

I ordered the Magfast LUX USB-C Cable and it arrived very fast to my door. I appreciated the timeliness of my order's arrival. I have 2 of these cables now, one in my bedroom and one in my car. The length is more than enough for what I need and it charges as fast as the chargers that I'm using. I like having the peace of mind with the Lifetime Warranty and knowing that if anything goes wrong, Magfast is there to back up their product. I have used a number of USB cables and they all seem to stop working for me after about a year. I haven't used the LUX cables that long yet, but I am interested to see if any problems arise.

So I placed my pre-order back in 2019 on Kickstarter or a similar site. I was told my batch number was 22 back in July 2022. Now after cleaning out my email, I'm reminded of the $300 CAD preorder I made back in 2019 which I found out today is delayed. Edit: I've been contacted and things seem to be moving fwd. And it appears I have the first part of my order on the way. 4 stars due to more than adequate customer service and a quick response too my concern.

"Not Free if you have roommates"

I tried to order since my roommate bought one but I am assuming its only 1 per household. Sucks for us because we have 4 room mates. . I never tried product or used it personally so how would I know the quality, she just said to try it out and gave us the website. So honestly cant say how it works since we NEVER saw or used it

I stated that I never used or saw or even tried it, so how could I "actually like the product which is why I want one" I literally was scheduled to attend to buy one and get the red one, but after that comment. No Thanks and will inform all my family/friends on all social platforms with screenshot of your comment coming from a business

They are very truthful, and their products are awesome I love my power cords they charge my devices so fast..

And the feel of the cord is unlike any other charge cord I've ever had and bending at either end is ok, it doesn't compromise the entegrity of the cord...

They are also fairly quick to respond back and it's a personal response, not like most companies where all you can get is a computer...

I love MAGFAST and I've recommended it to my family and all my contacts on FB and LINE, I BELIEVE IN THEM AND THEIR PRODUCTS THAT MUCH...

Still waiting on my charger order however I later also ordered the cables and some adapters. My 2nd order arrived promptly and as expected. Love the product and can't wait to receive my original order of chargers once they are ready for shipment.

I use magfast cords and can't believe how great the quality is. I will be buying more magfast products in the future for sure.
