Getting used to hearing aids and their care can be a bit challenging, but I've been pleased by the prompt and patient assistance offered by the Van Doorne staff in Holland. Good people.

Grace was willing to take whatever time was needed to get it right. She administered many hearing tests in different situations and explained everything throughly. The follow up and satisfaction is ongoing and I feel she will be there whenever I have a question or concern.

We absolutely love Dr. Rose and her staff. My Mom originally went to see Dr. Rose for an audiology evaluation where she was fit with the right hearing aids for her. My Dad and I followed suit for our yearly testing and made our appointments with Dr. Rose. I didn't realize how much I had been struggling with my hearing, as well as how fatigued I was just trying to comprehend and process conversations. Dr. Rose did a thorough consult, evaluation, testing that made a huge difference in my everyday life. She also set Dad up with another pair of hearing aids that were a better match for him. From your first call, to being greeted by her team, to seeing Dr. Rose, it's VIP treatment. Our family highly recommends Hearing Life. It truly made a huge difference. Everyone that works in the Pembroke office is very friendly and helpful. I received my hearing aids on March 31 and I was able to put them on and wear immediately with no problems. Interesting what I did not hear before. Best place for this service.

Excellent all around experience beginning on the phone in making an appointment. Very pleasant staff at the desk, and very accommodating in making an appointment. The doctor was very thorough in explaining everything and I never felt I was being rushed thru the appointment. All my questions and concerns were addressed.
