I ordered lederhosen. They were too big when I got them. I filled out the exchange form on the site and they got back to me very quickly. I like the quality of the lederhosen but they were just too big.

"Exchange Due to Sizing Experience"
My review is based on my customer service experience since unfortunately sizing was an issue for me. I think a combination of the sizing ballparks of working with leather and me being worried of ordering too small resulted in Lederhosen that was way too big.
After contacting support through the request for exchange form and noting that I'm on a tight timeline (completely due to my own circumstances), support worked with me to expedite the turnaround time. So far it has been a great experience with support and hopefully with have just a good of experience with the new better fitting Lederhosen shortly

"Ladies' German Dress"
I bought a ladies' German dress. It was too tight and I want to exchange it. I have sent the return form in their webpage as well as a separate e mail to customersupport. No respond yet. My advice: Don't buy from this store unless you're willing to take a risk and don't mind loosing the money. The quality of the dress is very cheap. You can feel it in the fabric. Actually, it is a bad
imitation of the original German dress.

"Several issues with the customer…"
Several issues with the customer service and the lederhosen itself.
1. The DHL shipping email I received had no reference at all to lederhosenstore.com, or anything linking the two. I assumed it was spam and deleted it. Package originated from Pakistan, not Canada.
2. Lederhosen itself is sub par quality, with a rough finish and bad fit. The bavarian shirt is cheap, thin, and the buttons were sharp and difficult to fit through button holes.
3. Contacted customer service to return lederhosen and was ignored for a month and a half. I issued a chargeback on the order after 2 weeks and still didn't get their attention.

Company ignoring emails regarding what should be shipped with order after taking funds.
Had to ask to cancel order and refund - still no reply.
Will be disputing credit card charges with bank and having them reverse charges.

I purchases shoes that were to tight based on my normal size. The sales associate provided a very economical solution to get me the size that will fit. They were very accommodating.

Ordered dirndl for granddaughter who is German American Festival princess and after you charged my account and waited weeks you tell me pick a different dirndl! No dirndl and still haven't received my money back!
