Super fast shipping and great quality lederhosen. Lederhosen fit snug but I’m sure they will stretch out after I wear them. Have not tried shirt on yet but am happy with the quality of my items

The product arrived quickly and is of nice quality. I was pleasantly surprised. The lederhosen are larger than I expected at the waist and I think the size is good two inches larger than it should be. Keep in mind if buying as there is no US nor Canadian outlet etc. The phone number on the web site is bogus as well.

The order was delivered very fast and the customer's service by Eva was excellent. However the quality is fair to poor. It definitely needs some love in order to be a usable costume. But over all not too bad

"Customer support improvements"
The product the company delivered was good quality and material. It was difficult in determining a proper size with the sizing charts provided. I ordered a size too large and attempted to get into contact with support to initiate the request and get a new pair. This was a very cumbersome process that took several back and forth emails. These emails came no quicker than one response every 24 hours and sometimes even longer, even after a quick response back. The overall support and return system was very difficult to navigate. I am still working to get the refund back from the original purchase in September. (It is now late December). To improve the process I would recommend further support employees to manage customer requests, or a more streamlined customer support/returns process for sizing issues.

"Refunds are nonexistent."
I placed an order in July 2023 and received the wrong size. Customer service took almost a month to get me a response and suggested I place a 2nd order to receive it before Octoberfest. The 2nd order did not arrive until after the first week of October 2023 (which was past the time we needed it.)I was told that I would receive a refund, but it has been two months and nothing has occurred yet.
