"AVOID… poor quality and they don’t refund postage costs!"

I returned the urn straight away as the craftsmanship was of a very poor quality. I was promised a refund for the urn and the return postage. Whilst I have now received a refund for the urn, I have sent multiple emails chasing the refund for the postage for the past 5 weeks and keep being told that it has been passed to their administration department to process. Nothing has happened. I am still owed £99.34 in postage by Fed Ex, the same carrier Legend Urn used to deliver the urn to me. This was the cheapest carrier service I could find. :-(

UPDATE - I have now received the refund and an apology from Legend Urn. They have acknowledged issues their end and I respect their honesty. Thank you for your response.

"Not great quality or service"

I brought an urn for my beloved family dog who we lost recently and was not impressed, it took quite a while to arrive and then when i opened it it was very low quality and also the stopper had glue leaking out and looked very dodgy, i have processed a return but am still waiting on confirmation and my refund. Not great service when its such a difficult thing to buy and such a sensitive process

LegendURN acknowledged my receipt of a damaged item, replaced it promptly and covered all postage charges - thank you.
After an initial disappointment I am now very pleased with the replacement.

"The Urn arrived damaged"

The Urn arrived damaged. The foot was snapped and the base plate was scratched, unusable. This probably occurred due to the weight of the Urn as the delivery box was undamaged. Customer service took forever to reply up to a week. I had to repeatedly send emails. After a number of emails and photos they offered me a refund if I returned a 7kg urn at my expense. I asked for a replacement screw and base plate I would pay for the extra items. No reply. I have now had the damage repaired locally at my expense. This has been a long stressful time. My 13 yr old beloved son’s ashes can now rest in his final place. I would advise LegendURN not to screw the base plate to the urn before delivery, wrap it separately in the box, and improve customer service, everyone who orders from you is emotionally devastated.

"Misleading description of product on website"

I bought an urn which was described on the seller's website as being made of glass fibre. A non-metal container was required to take it through airport security. When the urn arrived, it was made of metal. I had to return it and so far I have not had any further response from the company.
