Delivery time was awful...telling me an item was in stock when clearly it wasn't...loads of emails and a month later it arrived...product is good but not happy with having to wait to collect my wife's ashes after been told the urn would be with me 5-10 days

After placing the order it took some time for the item to be dispatched. Upon emailing the company I was informed it would take 10-14 working days to dispatch my item even though on the website it said 5-10 working days when I ordered. Given the business this company is catering to I felt their customer service could have taken on a more caring tone in their response to my enquiry as may be a very sensitive subject for many of their customers

The item I ordered was not suitable so I needed to return it. I spoke with customer services who advised me how to do this and I received my refund and also a refund for the postage.

Ordered an urn for my late mother, on the 13th of January, I left it until the 28th of February to contact them. They sent the urn out on the 1st of March, after I contacted them.
So my poor mother has been in the funeral home to be picked up, because of their incompetence!
Not even an apology or acknowledgement either.
