Excellent service from start. Provided advice and assistance pre-purchase. Delivery was professional. Unfortunately there was a slight issue with one modular piece sitting higher than the other but I was able to communicate via WhatsApp and they organized repair service. Excellent customer service throughout and I’m very happy with the sofa

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered the highback tignes, 1 part did arrive wrong but sofas and friends rectified this within 1 week. Fast and efficient delivery. Excellent communication and the sofa is SO comfy. Would definitely order again. Thankyou !

Amazing company from the moment I ordered. Delivery was super quick and came less than a week. I expected it to be longer seen as its nearly Christmas. So was shocked when i got the call saying it was being delivered the following day. I was nervous as never ordered a sofa without viewing it in person. But when it arrived I was glad I took the risk. It is amazing. Super comfortable. And makes my living room look like it is in a movie. Absolutely love it.

The only regret I have is not ordering it sooner.

What I appreciated was clear communication to ensure I understood everything. I am deaf and English is not my first language, however, they made it smooth and my sofa came within days!!!
