My partner and myself visited the showroom in Croydon and was greeted with a smile, the staff inside was very happy to help and so useful for information to cater to what we wanted. We picked a sofa and designed it in our own way with beautiful bespoke fabric and also a completly different colour to the range they had on this particular sofa. I was so indecisive and I am very fussy so was hopping between all different things- but this was no trouble at all for the staff.
They was never pushy, they have us time to think and said they would be there if we needed them.
We went home to double check measurements and once we’d thought it over and spoke on the way home we placed an order that night!

They communicated with us on whatsapp and instagram and replied instantly whenever I messaged.
We then had a phone call of a hour time slot when the sofa was to be delivered and once it was delivered we sat back and the men done everything for us. They even took all of the rubbish away!!
Amazing service now a days is hard to find but this company ticked every single box. Very happy customer.
We would not hesitate to come back to Sofa’s and friends as they was fabulous!
