"Amazing shop and amazing staff"

Amazing shop and amazing staff. Good quality beds and very quick delivery (can do within a month) compared to other stores which atleast take 2 months. And flexible with the delivery being able to meet my requirements as a customer. Would 100% recommend over bigger stores

My sofa is beautiful, comfy and well made the company have been amazing answering questions straight away I got the sofa I wanted and delivery was so quick also the two delivery men were great they let me know times and set my new sofa up and took all rubbish with them they made sure I was completely happy before they left very friendly makes all the difference .. a GREAT experience for with sofas and friends will be definitely recommending them thank you

"Dream Sofa and Service!"

Sofa and friends have been an absoute dream company to purchase our new extending sofa from the very start to the end!

We went in to the showroom and had the perfect attention from the lovely lady in the showroom who let us browse and then gave us great advise and information about the choices on offer. We orignally picked a sofa that on reflection was too large for our room and they had no issue at all in letting us swap to a much better fit. They we're even abke to accomate storage for a couple of weeks whislt we finalised the last stages of moving into our new property.

Then the delivery! We live on the top floor of a victorian house and I cannot speak any more highly of the develery staff! They saw the challenge but gave 250% to make sure this sofa got to the room of choice. It took maybe 45 mins to an hour navigating up through tight spaces but they really wanted to make this work when other companies would have just said not possible. They then connected it all up and took away the rubbish too with such postive attitudes!

They called to ask if everything was up to our standards a few days later too.

A perfect sofa made even better by a company who went the extra mile at every step of the way.

"Wow!!"

Wow!!! I had been eyeing up the Tignes sofa in Olive green for a while, visited the show room on Saturday and fell in love with the arm chairs too.. ordered the sofa and two arm chairs the following day (Sunday) and it arrived on the Tuesday! Kept up to date, arrived at the time they stated, courtesy call an hour before delivery. Great experience buying my sofa. Thank you 🥰

Have never received service like this when buying a sofa. From the moment we walked into the shop until the moment the sofa was delivered (ONE week later!) - the team has been incredible. We went for the Tignes and could not be happier. The delivery guys even unpacked, set it up and positioned it exactly where we wanted it to go, and made sure we were happy before they left. I then received a call later in the day from the shop to make sure I was happy and to check if I had questions. Rad and the team have changed the sofa game. The big box stores need to take notes - this is how it should be done!
