This is my second keyboard. The first lasted many years. The "gel pad" finally wore out, and the mechanism became very difficult to move up or down. I could have been just "age." I would recommend this keyboard to anyone who likes to slide their keyboard out of the way, wants to move it up or down, angle it up or down and where the mouse (or trackball) portion is an integral of the "tray." It's a great product!

They followed up with me about the order (Humanscale is notoriously slow), keeping me informed about progress and shipping date. When I received it, I ran into an installation problem on the work table I had selected.
