Ergo Experts had the hard to find product I was looking for. Packaging was sturdy when received and protected the heavy pieces. I did not select a faster shipping method, so it took a few day before they sent the package to the shipping company, but not an unreasonable time and was accurate to shipping description on their website. Price is a little higher than I would have liked, but the keyboard tray was a very well made, sturdy metal design, no cheap plastic where they could have cut corners. It looks built to last and would buy again from them due to quality of product.

"Met my expectations"

I purchased the Handshoe mouse through ErgoExperts. The mouse was defective due to having some sort of electronic issue where it kept shutting off and needed resetting. Once I notified them of the issue, they put me in touch directly with the Handshoe company who trouble-shooted my problems and eventually sent me a new mouse. I cannot attest to ErgoExperts in how they work with returns of products neither can I vouch for anything else outside of this first experience of mine buying through them.

I ordered a keyboard tray and was very happy with the quality and price. I sent an e-mail with a question regarding the installation instructions, and I received a very speedy response.

The unit fits well under the desk and functions well. During installation, directions provided were very poor in showing step by step process. Also, one of the little bolts that hold the swivel on was not secure so only 3 of 4 bolts were properly tightened.
