Great communication from Tony and Hayley from initial phone call to provision of the survey. Tony called us after the inspection and gave us the headlines immediately, managing our expectations for the detail in the report. The report was thorough and self explanitary and we now feel confident in taking on a grade 2 listed property understanding what we need to do immediately, in the medium and longer terms.
