I have very recently used 3 Counties and have been really impressed with their service. From enquiry to completion of the survey it was easy to organise, had great comms and the report was easy to understand. Our surveyor took the time to call and explain findings in a way we could understand and make decisions on with our purchase. Following the survey we have asked for further services to help with some decisions and they have been really accommodating and helpful. Will definitely use again for any further surveys we may require in our future.

They would come 2nd!! Booked 3 Counties to carry out a survey on a property. got a phone call shortly after the survey was carried out with a brief summery. This was followed up with a detailed written report. The survey flagged up a major issue with the property as well as numerous smaller issues. Amanda (who organised the dates etc) and Liz (the surveyor) were brilliant to work with. Great to find a company who are very professional, do a thorough job and leave the customer satisfied. Will be updating Liz on the outcome of the issues she found, just to complete the job. 5 star and would highly recommend them.

Excellent support and very efficient help from the office staff has since been added to with my direct experience with the surveyor himself, who was happy to take time discussing the survey over the phone, following my receipt of a fully comprehensive written report.
