"Worst experience for any online service in my life"
I signed up for an account paid $25 requested information about a certain deed. Waited send messages, I logged back in several hours later in my account was closed. I tried to call them only to hear a voicemail message that said go back to the contact page on the website, which has done absolutely nothing. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had on any online service in my life

"Avoid if at all possible"
Avoid if at all possible. The representative did not seem to be very knowledgeable and/or did not care. attempted to charge me a $250 late fee as "insurance" in case I was late. I was unable to speak with anyone else because the website is message based only. I felt a like a bit of a money grab because it was one of the only sites that didn't charge a membership fee. Think Spirit Airlines if you will.

"Simple request asked three times"
Simple request asked three times, and not full filled by the company.
Purchased deed templates in late June 2023. Downloaded my order. No receipt for my purchase was provided in the download or emailed to me. I needed the receipt to get reimbursed for the expense. I inquired again three weeks later. Still no response from the company. Called the telephone number on the website (buried deep in the site). Went straight to a recording. No opportunity to leave a voicemail; no opportunity to speak with a representative. Earlier this week, I sent another email (in their portal) requesting the receipt. Made mention of potentially writing a “review” if it isn’t resolved.
Then I receive a response: “Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.”
The overreaction to the simple request for a receipt leads me to conclude this company isn’t reputable. They likely violated their TOS taking action they did. Use caution when using this company.

I paid for a package that contained the bargain and sale deed and all of the forms were from 2019. The NJ State forms have all been updated but they are charging you for old data.

"They spell Massachusetts incorrectly on the form template."
I pointed out they incorrectly spelled Massachusetts as Massaschusetts on the deed template. Instead of correcting their misspelling, they snarkly cancelled my account. Seriously I'm supposed to submit a form to the State of Massachusetts with the State name spelled incorrectly????

"Shady Business Practices"
County said that my deed did not meet the state transfer requirements for a true quitclaim deed. When I then checked the state code section reference, the section wasn't even valid. When I asked them to please provide a correct deed or refund, they cancelled my account (presumably so that I couldn't write a negative review?). At least they did provide a refund. Definitely will not use again, not because they had an error, but due to cancelling the account. Shady.

I wish I didn’t even have to rate it one star! The forms I purchased were sent as a read only and the password given by deeds.com was invalid so I was unable to fill it out, then the account I used to set it up was deleted. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new password to unlock the document and they gave me a link to log into my (deleted by them) account. I contacted them again to fix the problem and was told my order had been canceled and refunded and my accounts have been deleted along with a passive aggressive message. I sent a picture of the form to a lawyer to get his thoughts and he said the wording was very off. Couldn’t use the form anyways! Beware of this site.

I paid for a Deed and had to quickly get out of my computer and was not able to retrieve the deed after that. I contacted Deeds.com by phone and just got a generic recording that hangs up on you as well as sent two emails with no response, finally I got the following response from them...

I have tried to contact 2 times now in regards to the deed I did, I am not able to retrieve it from your website in which I paid for and I did not save a copy to my work computer which is where I ordered it from. Please help me or I will dispute ALL charges on my credit card for this.

"The PDF files you purchase are worthless…"
I purchased their deed PDF's which were advertised to be editable for $27. Once downloaded, they were NOT editable, instead their is a security block on it. I emailed the company and requested that the provide me with a solution and they refunded me the money, stating I can no longer use their forms. Duh!
