"unable to complete blank forms"

Since no one any longer has a typewriter, the blank forms are useless. A total waste of money.

The website entices you to think that all you need is right there. BUT once they get your payment that’s is. There is ZERO support.
I reluctantly purchased their product and noticed right away that I couldn’t use there forms, there were adobe formatted locked.
I emailed them hoping for support but after almost 6 hours later I received a cowardly email stating “our forms are not for you we have closed your account and refunded your money”. What a joke there right there forms are not for me.... there not for anyone else either! HUGE MISTAKE.

"did not like their Beneficiary deed…"

did not like their Beneficiary deed form for Nebraska. Can't change I to we. Input areas not large enough and can't be enlarged. In signature areas names are required to be printed under signature lines. This space is not on form. **Notary did not like wording on their page!

"BUYER BEWARE"

BUYER BEWARE. I am a 22 year practicing attorney and I I have had a deeds.com account for several months and I was very satisfied in the beginning. However, if I needed an answer to a question, the answer never came. I tried to call the facility, but I never received a message back. After ordering several deeds, unbeknownst to me my account was deleted. Access to the deeds I have purchased is denied as well. I have tried to garner a response but can not. This is not the way to run a business and as I have spent quite a but of money I would like the deeds that I ordered.

"Rude, Deletes accounts, Charges for items not received, Lacks Communication- Steer clear unless you want a hostile coming at you"

Update to my review because it is important for follow up. Credit was issued on my credit card. It is extremely disappointing this company was rude and deleted my account in frustration which more than likely stems back from past complaints. A simple comment back stating facts such as, "Your business is important to us. We have looked into your account and your credit is pending. Please give this a few days for the credit to appear. We look forward to serve you again in the future. Should you need to contact us, please do so at (phone number) and/or (email) address." and not delete my account. Best of luck to you all with this company.



Ordered two deeds on 7/8/18 and received a message on my deeds.com account they had to cancel the payment and request. On 7/9/18 my credit card was charged. On 7/10/18 I contacted the company and this was my response, "We have no new information to report regarding your account. We were also unable to divine ANY questions to answer from your message."

To boot, they then CLOSED my account after requesting money back on a product I never received and questioned them about.

In addition to their reply: They have done this with multiple reviews, citing error of the customer versus owning up to their mistakes. Also, no mention on why they deleted my account. I have also seen others having their accounts deleted. My review is at what it stands, you are negligent and rude.

Second clarification to their reply: Again they fault me, the customer, when in fact they stated they wouldn't charge my credit card and they did charge my card. Also, no mention again as to why they closed my account.

Third clarification: The payment to the credit card company went through. When inquired, I received a less than stellar response and a deletion of my account. Nothing in the professional sense such as what they are finally attempting to do. These are the fact and you can read the response being received. Also, no mention again as to why they closed my account.

This company wants the last word. Instead of choosing to have exemplary customer service, they continue to place blame and point fingers. Kindness goes way further then your rude remarks. Also, I will change the title of my review.

Finally-They claim I don't understand my credit card when in fact both charges went through which is why I contacted them in the first place. the charges were NOT pending.

"I ordered the quit claim deed forms…"

I ordered the quit claim deed forms days ago and have never been able to download the deed forms. A small windows appears that says "this document cannot be opened". I have called deeds.com several times and emailed them several times and they have not responded to me accept to say that if there is a problem they will email me and so far I have not gotten
any help from them. My next move is to contact the BBB. This company took my money and did not give me the forms. This company is a scam and sucks. If there was a way I would give it a 00000000000- rating.

Excellent - no reservations.
I used them on a Sunday and had my info on Monday.
Not only did they execute the order flawlessly, the fixed my screw up* immediately.

*I hit refresh before the "secured" page transmitted, so I created (2) two orders of the same item.

Long review... sorry:-)

Originally I was very skeptical due to the enormous amount of the scams going on now days and the number of online sources that “claim” to provide you with deed forms for free or for a few. Nothing that you need and want done is free. There is always a cost. So luckily I came across deeds.com. This was the only site that appeared to be simple, to the point, and made no crazy promises.

So before selecting this site, I did a little more checking around/price checking to ensure I am getting the best price for the product I needed. I even checked Staples and Amazon to find that they do indeed sell these forms but I do not think the products they provide are specific for my state and county. They claim their forms provided are for all states but my state is specific and I prefer to have forms provided by Deeds.com that is based on Indiana statute that Deed.com clearly identifies on each form.
Deeds.com price of $20 seemed a little high at first but when I saw the products provided, the $20 cost is more than reasonable and fair. You not only get the deed form specific for my state and my specific “county” but also the other various/supplemental forms that may be required.

Being familiar with my state and knowing how tedious and anal my state is on everything, I was pleasantly please to see the info and extra supplemental forms provided. For example, a person new to the State who recently had property deeded to them, would not necessarily know about the Homestead tax exemption provided if property is your primary residents, over 65 exemption etc.

I would highly recommend this site for anyone needing these documents because Deeds.com has you covered on any and all forms/info you could ever need! A bonus is that there is one flat fee and not monthly cost that you have to worry about canceling later unless you superficially select a monthly package. I love the fact that Deeds.com is nothing fancy. There is not a bunch of elaborate graphics etc. They only provide what you need and what they provide is very accurate. Deeds.com has a customer for life.

"I wanted a lady bird Deed for Texas"

I wanted a lady bird Deed for Texas. Also wanted it to show my husband who was not my husband when the property was deeded to me in a divorce did not have any community property in this deed. His name is not on the deed to me which was acquired before we were married. He has signed a separate piece of paper stating he has no claim to the property or community property interest. The way your deed printed was he along with me are Grantors and he also has a life estate. He can sell the house to anyone should I pass first. My desire is to only have my two children own the house when I die. Not wait till he dies. If my children need income I want them to be free to have him pay rent to stay there or they can sell the house. I am not happy with the $29.99 I paid and chose I was sole owner and I am only one that has community property and it is my separate property. My husband has at this point separate IRA and social security alone where he could have a comfortable apartment without maintenance on the house which at 70-1/2 is getting to be much. So, now what?

They sent a response and said none of what I wanted was done on their website. Correct. That is what I am complaining about. What I desired is not what printed. In Texas you can have a deed transferred and owned in one person's name even if married. I will go to my credit card company to get my refund.
