Terrible customer service. I requested a refund with 24 hrs of purchasing brocade then product was not good for me. I was told my purchase was not qualifying for a refund.

In addition be aware hitting the wrong button after your initial purchase will purchase multiple more unwanted products. I was charged for 3 services and never received a refund.

And you can not get anyone on the phone. I even had the special customer service package for 24 hr support. Absolute BS.

HOWEVER, WAS ADVISED TO WAIT 10 HOURS AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 24 HOURS STILL IT DOES NOT DO WHAT IT SAID. YOUR CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOT HELPFUL AS THEY KEEP SAYING TO WAIT OR EMAIL. KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY OR ELSE I WILL BE TAKING THIS ON EVERY SOCIAL APP AND MEDIA.

Very dissatisfied. It’s complicated and perhaps a scam. I agreed to a $39.00 promo and they have taken over $200 from my account without my knowledge or consent, of which has had consequences on a personal level.
