The sales reps will tell you it can do a variety of things, but during setup you will find it cannot. They also will not refund even if it was never setup and it was within the refund policy.

I purchased a Premium plan that promised all the necessary features, such as social media monitoring and keylogging, and paid $110 for a full year. After installation, I was asked to pay an additional $460 to access the features that were initially promised. This so-called 'Family kit' isn't even advertised on their website because they want to catch people off guard after they've already paid a significant amount. This is a scam! Please be cautious and avoid using their app. They are misleading consumers and taking advantage of people. What's worse, if you're intoxicated or under the influence, you might end up paying another $460 without realizing it. Don't waste your money! They also denied my request for a refund, citing some unknown reason, and told me that I had agreed to the terms and should accept the situation. All 5 starts reviews here are fake!

Purchased few weeks ago and somehow got charged for additional services as couldn't go further without selecting check box. Very misleading. Payment of c£70 and another of c£55. Outrageous.
Couldn't then sign on as email link not received! Tried Reset password and link not received even after several attempts. Now says email does not exist! I went onto online chat within an hour of purchasing to complain and was informed it was working when clearly is not. Requested refund as they stated needed to purchase more. 2 weeks have passed and still can't log on. Refund requested and 2 chats downloaded and saved to my email with proof but no response and although I saved chats cannot log on. I want a refund and am going to request Barclaycard to deal with this for me as this company are useless.

30 Nov - appreciated that you responded. However, with no customer ID as the account does not work and I can't get a reset password this is totally unachievable. I have raised a query with Barclaycard today. However, happy for you to actually contact me by email...!
