Eyezy mobile phone monitoring has been a lifesaver for me as a parent. It has allowed me to monitor my kids' social media and make sure they are safe.

"Unethical sellers - no refund given"

I wish I checked this site before purchasing instead of reading 'paid for' reviews of this app. I have purchased a 3 months subscription for this app on a false advertising that the app was easy to install and no jailbreak was required. It turned out that the installation process was way to complex, after trying many times I still can't install it on my iOS laptop. To make things worse they have also charged me for the advanced tech support and phone line subscription that I certainly did not request. The whole website and ads of this company are designed in a way to quickly fleece customers of their money. In 90% of companies when you make a purchase in error ( distant seeling act) companies would refund you the money. This lot are refusing to give the refund motivating their T&C on the website - they listed pretty much every single case when they will not refund and it includes everything from purchase in error, inability to install this stuff to your device, or inability to obtain code from the party you want to track!

So do not buy this software, they are total scammers with non-existent customer service. I will be reporting them to the regulator today.

I had left a voicemail and an email and received no response back so I started a chat with Leroy white and he was able to accomplish what I hadn't heard back from in 2 minutes. He did a wonderful job

"Atrocious customer service"

Atrocious approach to requested refund. Essentially you can't get one if they can't fix any issues encountered. Their product requires an application on your PC but its not compatible with some Windows OS. No mention of that on their pages. Most companies would refund but not eyeZy. Horrendous approach to customer service.

"Ongoing Eyezy Deception"

This is another follow-up of an ongoing saga with Eyezy. I have had too many disappointing outcomes from any contact with them whatsoever. Once you have paid for their services they do not care anymore. Try using their chat service and see my point. Generic answers each and every time and when you really ask a difficult question they stop communicating and you log off then if you reconnect and complain they would tell you it was a very busy hour and they had many customers to deal with. Trustpilot must also believe those who willingly contribute here to expose nefarious compnies and practices. I would suggest doing exactly what your contributors complain about and see they are truthful.
I tried to contact Eyezy by phone they never return the calls I tried writing but again some nonsensical emails do not address your concerns at all. I received messages from Trustpilot that Eyezy requested further evidence but aren't my customer ID and my phone details and all the many calls and chats and emails logged under my ID on their system? Another form of time-wasting and kicking the can down the road but I am willing to play this game. I have the time. I called their number on the 29th and 30th of November and so far zilc. So I am here once again writing about my personal experience with this company and to state that so far what their slick website is claiming does not add up with real world experience on my part. Their software did not do what they claim and I paid for. They do not address nor fix any issues which began immediately and a heads up, try to resolve any refund before your 14 days because like me now that has elapsed they do nothing but I am willing to litigate but want to show that I exhausted all efforts to come to an amicable solution because I can afford the legal fees and I have all the screenshots and logged emails in trying to resolve this issue. So Eyezy here's my customer ID again 8449937... See how many times I called your number and see how many times I used the chat and also "support" tab on my dashboard. It's a joke!

We just bought this application on 10th november 2022 .we have been on it trying to make it work for days now but no way.very frustrating application.the customer service is not working and the phone is dead.The customer service keep posting us with new
excuse when chatting with them. This is really a big scam.Do not attempt to buy or download this application at all.my ID is 8462589.
