"Bought Eyezy app for one year and was crap"

I bought the Eyezy app for one year of service. The app literally worked for 2 days on my daughter's cell phone which was on their compatible phones list. The app quit working and I contacted tech support by email who stated to uninstall and reinstall the software which I did. It worked for a few hours and then quit working again. I contacted customer service back within one week of purchasing requesting a refund which the company told me I would receive since their company has a 14 day refund policy if cancelled within this time. I waited 2 months and didn't receive a refund so I disputed with my credit card stating credit was not processed and product didn't work as described. The bank reversed the charge and then put it back onto my card about 30 days later. The merchant refused to reinstate my service unless I paid them a $45 fee to cover the chargeback. Never again do I use these companies as these products and the Eyezy product us crap and so is their tech support and customer service.
