It's been a week since I downloaded this app to give it a try. So far, it works well for my needs. I can monitor almost everything with my little niece's phone. I also can see my dogs for a very cheap price. The user interface is user-friendly. You should give it a try if you have security concerns for your son or daughter.

Refused money back guarantee after 1 day!
I spoke to pre sales support via the webchat, and was explicitly told there was a money back guarantee. After installing and testing all three control methods (Local Sync/Icloud/Jailbreak) I realised they do not support iPhone XR for jailbreak therefore less control of the device (this is not made clear upfront) I learnt this after playing with the settings and speaking with support, not being an expert how would I know this! after 1 day I told them of the of my experience and limitations and requested a refund, their billing team emailed me stating -'This compatibility issue is clearly advertised and my reason for cancellation is not acceptable and therefor will not refund my money' Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I work in IT so can work my way around Android and IOS and MDM systems, not sure how the hell a non technical person would be able to do this and understand, I guess they would also pay for the assisted install option, only to find out if they had the same problem and would be stuck in the same situation as me left with less access and control they through they would get based on the large printed advertising on their website (Family plan £300 - £350) upfront per year after 25% discount).

What I would have done knowing what I know now to control a child's IPhone-
Buy a second hand iPhone, create an iCloud account, setup screen time and family sharing, add your children's iPhone to it and you can control it form there, they can even share their location with you via 'find my phone' not everything advertised by eyezy.com but again I did not get everything either.

Just my opinion.

Update 11/11/23,
As stated in my complaint here customer support just kept redirecting me and avoiding giving a refund despite confirming this before I paid, they have asked me to contact customer services in their reply, I did this many times but they just ignore the main issue of an agreed refund, also I got a email from trust pilot stating Eyezy challenged my review as mot a genuine customer and to remove it. I wonder how many they get removed from genuine customers with bad experiences. Always remember to provide proof of purchase via a screen shot to trust pilot when challenged otherwise it will be taken down if you forget.
