"App is broken, ONLY keylogger works rest is waste never works like showing on DEMO"

I tried 3 month subs. was total ripper, only keylogger, sms and may be whatsapp(only messages)at times would work, nothing else literally, no other feature had worked from day 1, especially the screen capture which only works for 2 hours after setting up the target phone,post which stops and when i asked for refund the very 3rd day,I was told dev team is working to fix it,and suggested to go for premium support to get phone rooted and everything will work fine, but refused refund,on repeated messges and email for the entire month frustrated, there was no respite and money was a waste.
Finally i was told after 1 month that additional 1month will be extended for free, and free support to root the phone, when i setup the time as per their requirement for rooting, they clearly denied and said everything is working and no need for rooting, when i mailed to support about this,they had the audacity to say that keylogger is working which will serve the purpose of tracking phone, I gave up then.

"Not a Good Application"

This application does not work at all. I am not able to see whatsapp messages which is the only reason I purchased this app.
I was taking yesterday to some technical support staff and he too is not listening to the issues I am facing while using this app.
I purchased this on 2 August and from 4th only I am asking for refund but noone is listening to.
Please issue a refund to me

"Does not work. Absolute scam"

Software does not do anything it claims. Constantly disconnected from their server requiring it to need to be reinstalled, then still doesn't work. Maybe updated once and then not completely. Text messages were missing, key logger did not work, screen recorder did not work, could not monitor social media. Tracker did not work. Literally nothing worked as described. Customer service rep advised a refund would be issued within 14 days "no questions asked." When I requested a refund after a week of completely not working they refused because they said I "refused to reinstall" the app. At that point it had been reinstalled by their technician at least 3 times. After going back and forth with them for 3 days, refund was issued once I disputed charge with my credit card company. Absolute scam and lies about what their app is capable of, how it works, and their refund policy.

"I would provide zero stars if I could"

I would provide zero stars if I could. The experience has been so horrible and unfathomable that I honestly question whether it is just a scam and not a legitimate company! Their practices are literally criminal - they stole this money from me and have not supported me in accessing the product I purchased after several months. They then tell me that they cannot refund me because their refund policy requires me to access their tech support. I initially was sent a link by Andrew Griffith @eyezy.com to schedule a time to meet with tech support. I see clients day, evenings and weekends and had to miss some client bookings in order to have the tech support call at what I scheduled for 5:30 p.m. CST. When I logged in at that time, I was told that my meeting was scheduled for 3:00 a.m. CST. They have created a scam where you can't access product and when you try to get support, the only times they are available are in the middle of the night - it literally transfers the appointment you select to some crazy time. The second time I was told to use the chat feature at a specified time and I did so.
I was told by the chat support tech to provide login credentials so that he could remote access. After having done so he just disappeared and I waited 20 additional minutes with no response and had to log off to place my son's phone back before he detected I had taken it. The good reviews have got to be bots or paid manipulations. It is an expensive software and I purchased it to track some activity on my teen's phone that was risky and dangerous. There are limited windows of opportunity to get your teen's phone without their knowledge and I was unable to get the login to work with both options attempted. The only access to support was via email and chat and there were delays and other ongoing issues with this. I was initially offered "free" tech support for installation but it was a waste of time. I have literally had approximately $200 plus hours of time stolen from me and at this point I am just going to report to Better Business Bureau. I hope others do the same.

One response to having been ghosted that required me to email them back in four hours - which would be between 11 pm and midnight my time. They just continue to keep putting the burden on you rather than having a reliable system for scheduling with you to resolve issues at a reasonable time.
