I have NEVER had worse customer support experience. They claim a 14-day money back guarantee but that is a lie. Now I am out $200 and the app does NOT work. You can get the same results just using your iPhone iTunes. I tried for multiple days to work with this company to get their app to work. Just know you've been warned.

EU law provides a 14 day cooling off period, fault, or no fault. This company is not giving me a refund. Don’t touch this company. Dreadful Customer Service.
