With the help of eyeZy I get to monitor my children's online presence and was able to brush off a predator from doing God knows what through this jungle of an online world.

"Worst app ever"

Worst app ever, I paid for 1 month 50€ more and they charged something around 50€ more but eventually it doesnt work, I tried to sync with Mac always failed backup, tried with iclouds with code but cant access through as well, I sent email to complain that but noone replied
After one month, they continued charging me 72,59€ without any notification, they said already sent to my email to let customer decide to cancel in 7 days( but nothing in my email), and said that its auto renew because I didnt cancel, totally Trap, then after one month they charged me again without notification, no bill sent to me. Finally they also replied my email and said to give me one month free more, but do I need one month more for useless application? I said I cant access the targeted phone and they just continue copying the guide to access exactly the same what on the website.
So be careful if u dont want they get money from your pocket😡

"Program Fails to Deliver and Customer Service is Terrible"

In my experience, this software fails to deliver on most services it provides and is further hindered by terrible customer service.

I have had the program for several months. It took two months to get the most basic of its services to work and never have all of the proclaimed services worked as advertised/promised. I was so disappointed I asked multiple times for them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. That request was never acknowledged or executed as requested.

The problems I have experienced include the following: 1) The presentation of the data collected is NOT like that presented in the advertisements. It is convoluted, can not be searched, and it impossible to sort. When I raised this subject to the Customer Service person I was told that the "Demo Software was different".

2) Data from only one email address is possible

3) The social media features like Facebook Messenger and Screen Recorder, or any of the others, have never worked. It always shows "no activity" when I am watching the activity under way!

4). The location is only updated sporadically and can be as much as 6 hours between updates. This makes it difficult to track you child if that is necessary.

5) The service will go 4-6 hours without updating. Even when "Device Management" says the system has updated, it may not show up on your device for hours.

6) Customer service is useless! The best they offer is to send you a link to a document that may or may not address the actual problem you are having. Several times, when I have asked for assistance and, after waiting for a Customer Service Representative to begin a chat session, I was told by the person supposed to be helping me...."this is our rush hour please come back later!" Importantly, they most always blame you for their system not working. In essence, you are too stupid to follow their instructions. I would still like my money back for their failure to perform as advertised and as their demonstation software would have you believe it works.
