I’m reaching out because I’m quite frustrated and disappointed with the experience so far. Your website mentions that iCloud sync is sufficient to monitor the target device, but after completing the setup, the only data available on my dashboard includes contacts, events, photos, and videos.

I was specifically expecting access to the Social Spotlight feature and the keylogger, as advertised. These features were the main reason I purchased your product. Considering the premium price I paid, I feel let down as the product doesn’t meet my expectations or the claims on your website.

Please let me know how this can be resolved promptly. I’m counting on your support to ensure I receive the full value of what I paid for.

Eyezy allows me to observe all my children's activities in real-time. This adds to my peace of mind.

"Less than helpful and not worth the money"

The fine print says you have to jailbreak the phone and you have to pay for premium service to get what you need. And you have to have your computer at home be on all the time to get updates on tracking. Even after signing up only an hour before, customer chat referred me to billing to try to get a refund, but there’s no phone number, only email. When they finally replied, no refund - but they can offer alternative software as a solution and offer free support, but too bad so sad because no refund! $120 for horrible customer service and less than user friendly app.

When they can’t even explain what is included in the package you’re purchasing and make you think you’re paying for a year of all this stuff they advertised… you know it’s fake!
It’s called False Advertisement & it’s illegal!
There is no real way to do everything they’re saying they will be able to do. They are so vague about what you can do with your purchase. But what you can do you can get with free software. If it worked, there wouldn’t be so many bad reviews. Bad reviews for these types of apps come from children that don’t like to be monitored. Not from paying customers who just wanted a software that did what it said it could do!
