"Limescale not being treated"

I bought an all house filter in the hope it will reduce the limescale and this big filter is useless. The water still has plenty impurityes, limescale is still here, it damaged my brand new boiler twice because of that, luckly is been repaired under warranty.
I want to mention is a new built house, all pipes are brand new in plastic including the main pipe from the meter into the property.
Do not waste your money on these as they simply don't work.

I have under sink filters that are excellent however I fitted a whole house filter late last year and to be honest there’s no difference in mywater, however this company are so good with customer service and have already been on the phone and we are on the way to solve the problem
