You sent the wrong item to which I returned and you only refunded for the item, I had to chase you up for the promised return postage and the mentioned phone call never materialized !
Take the constructive criticism on the chin and try to do better.
In response to your second response, I've had no missed calls from you or messages and again you only refunded the return postage because I chased you up on it ( on the same day as the refund!)
Not sure how I can explain your lack of competence any better tbh

I am not 100% sure as ive only been using the shower filter for a little while but was having skin soreness issues which was noticeably worse after the shower. This has not happened since fitting the shower filter so I'm happy with this and will be reordering. I could benefit from a reminder like the water jug filter when a new one is due to be fitted.
