My brother ordered the SimplyGo mini system with all the accessories for a total of $2194.10 on 12/23/21. He never used it or even took it out of the box. He passed away April 2022. I contacted the Oxi Medical buy back program, not knowing what else to do with the equipment. The buy back price was $800.00. I accepted the offer not knowing what other options were available. Writing this review will not change the outcome for me, but it will make me feel better to say that your company took full advantage of my situation. I have no doubt the unit was sold to someone else for full price, netting your company a nice profit. It is only business to you, but it is the physical adversity of others that keeps your company in business. No compassion!

We here in Southern Arizona are fortunate to have a sales & service facility of this caliber for respiratory machines. Since moving to this area I have been using them for service since 2017 and find that whether it's for warranty work or out of warrant, they always do their best to satisfy your needs. I would also like to compliment Leo Angel who not only handles most repairs but also the sales end in the front sales room for doing an excellent job. Highly recommended.

"Great Service and Valuable Education"
We purchased an oxygen concentrator from a private party and the yellow warning light continued to flash, took the unit to OxiMedial on Phelps Rd and Leo serviced and fixed the unit while we waited. We talked about how quick the battery loses charge, Leo took the time to discuss pulse vs. continuous oxygen and now using pulse. After fixing this unit I am for the first time holding in the mid-90's for oxygen level, never before have I been out the 80's. Cannot thank Leo enough for not only servicing my unit but educating me on how better to use the equipment. Also, want to note that the phone staff was very knowledgable and was also a great source of information.

I was discharged from a very disorganized hospital on a Saturday. Spent Monday through Thursday trying to track down the oxygen provider for a portable unit to travel on 9/10. Finally, after a lot of searching I found Graham and OxiMedical. He made sure I ordered what I needed, confirmed the fax prescription, sent me rental contracts and I will have my unit on the 9th! He even changed my shipping per an email because I was just so excited to be getting what I needed.
This trip is a 30 wedding anniversary that was COVIDed last year and I would not let this stop me. Thank G*d for Graham and OxiMedical!

We ordered and received the unit within two days. I worked really well. Then it gave warning beeps. We called OxiMedical and they immediately sent a loaner unit and we sent the first one back. All on their dime. They then sent us a brand new unit and we returned the loaner. It has worked exactly as it should and everything is fine. The service and concern that OxiMedical showed was exceptional. We are extremely please having dealt with them. We recommend them highly.

The oxygen concentrator is okay but the battery runs down too quickly if you set it on 3 or above, I have to keep the car & house charger with me to keep the battery from running out.
i did purchase the 8 hour battery but it is very heavy & i have a hard time carrying it. I have to put it in my walker to use it

Dealing with oxymed has been a challenge although they finally keep their promise. Waiting to hear from them about a battery issue.

"I went to the Store in Roswell"
I went to the Store in Roswell, Georgia. Robert Lee was very helpful and explained different options, I have been on Oxygen 7 years and I use it 24/7days a week. I knew what product I wanted and Robert was so helpful. I had gotten my concentrator through the manufacturer the first time and for all of this time it was paid for by my insurance and than Medicare. In January, I was told that it would not be covered any longer by Medicare. Nothing had changed in my condition so it made no sense. Everytime I called, I got a different person and no one followed through on the issue. I finally had to purchase two concentrators and return the ones that I had. Robert made the process of buying the two concentrators extremely easy and he explained everything clearly. I wish that I had done it this way the first time. Robert followed through with everything he offered me. He explained what I should do if I ran into any problems at all with the Concentrators.
