We got a very good concentrator which may have saved my wife's life, since she.needed oxygen very badley & Preferred Home Health Care could not furnish what we needed quickly, due to paperwork & afraid of losing some money even tho they had a direct doctors order!%"

I am enjoying my G5, but was curious about the noise it made. I called the company to ask got voice mail, but never a return call. I already have a G3 and was called a few times by the company to see If I had any questions. The product was very expensive so I feel the merchant should have a better sense of satisfaction from it's customers.

Our first purchase wasn’t powerful enough for my mother’s oxygen needs. Christian, our salesperson, rush-shipped a more powerful replacement to her and followed through to ensure that she had what she needed and that the return was simple. It was clear to us that he personally cared to get it right.

I was reviewing new portable oxygen devices online when a rep from oxymedical just popped up. At first I was leery but he allowed me to check things out and then I called him back. I had a refurbished Inogen One with 2 batteries and two chargers in 3 days for less than half of a new one. Thank You Christian Monroe!!!
