Bought my PC over a year ago and took out the extended warranty. I had a few issues with performance after this time and got in touch with someone via a phone call and they couldn't have been more helpful. Problem was resolved superbly by Aaron and I'm delighted with their customer service.
I'm usually dubious about extended warranties but it seems Vibox are a company you can trust.

I have an amazing Vibox V-26 White Gaming PC with an RTX 3050, Ryzen 5 4500 plus a 400GB SSD and it has been working brilliantly. The fact that it also came with a bundle was also great. The customer service was brilliant and when the monitor was a bit damaged the replacement process was simple and easy. The PC design looks great and I would recommend!

Sois disant qu'il y a trop de demandes et maintenant l'excuse "le ou les technicien(s) sont malade... C'est pas du tout sérieux.

What a fantastic company to deal with.

When my sons birthday PC arrived unfortunately it had a fault and this was resolved swiftly and kindly by customer services. The faulty PC was quickly picked up and the new replacement sent as soon as the old one was received in a matter of a few days. Knowing it was a birthday present they even sent some sweets for him in the package. A lovely touch. The PC is fantastic, my son delighted with it and the company is brilliant to deal with. Highly recommended.

It's an outstanding company to do business with. They answer questions almost immediately and gently guide you through your expensive purchase. I would recommend their computers, service, and packaging.
I have had my PC a few weeks now and it's running just fine.
(Uninstall all the Norton crapware, though.)
