"A wonderful 300hr YTT course in Rishikesh…"

Having been a yoga teacher for 4 years I wanted to do a 300 hr YTT to enable me to deepen my practice and teach more authentic yoga to my students.

I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to study at 7 Chakras Yoga School.
I have had the most wonderful experience. The staff and teachers have been amazing and looked after our every need.
A special thanks goes to Summi Ji who made sure every need was taken care of. We were all treated like we are part of a very loving yoga family. I met some lovely people on my journey who I believe will remain friends with forever.

The food at the school was delirious and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable.. A little bedside lamp would have been good but I ended up buying one which worked out only a few euros.

I cannot recommend this School enough. If you are considering doing a YTT course then look no further, you will not be disappointed.

I had one of the most amazing graceful experience in Rishikesh for the first time in 7 chakra yoga school. The name itself justifies the meaning as we were 7 students in 200 hours Ytt. Not to mention how whole heartedly welcoming they are from the beginning, also loving and caring especially Summi ji,Siddhant ji( the meditation teacher). They also make special adjustments according to your needs. One this I would clearly mention everyone cares and loves. Thank you 7 chakra yoga school

"High quality teacher training course"

I completed my 200h TTC certification here. Wonderful management and teachers, these guys are truly the best. The teachers know the finest details of yoga in so much depth. Summi was so helpful, he went out of his way on a number of occasions to assist me. As for accommodation, the rooms are regularly cleaned to a very good standard. The food cooked here is also absolutely superb (and the chefs are super friendly and hilarious)! Thank you 7 chakras team :)

Jeg har været på 7chakrasyogaschool på 300 timers uddannelse i december. Jeg har nydt hvert et øjeblik. Lærerne er dygtige og har lært mig rigtig meget. Summi, Ankit, Ajay, Sucil og flere endnu, har givet den varmeste og sødeste behandling, så man virkelig føler sig som en del af familien fra start af. Jeg havde fødselsdag mens jeg var der, og det blev der taget hånd om med kage fra skolen og fødselsdagssang. Så skønt! Jeg anbefaler denne skole til alle, mange mange gange.

"Open heart, open mind"

This journey began in October 2023 when Ankit ji answered my questions, acknowledged my fear about leaving my country and told me "this trip/experience will change your life." He could not have spoken words with more truth.
I arrived in Rishikesh the end of March for the 200 hr YTT that began in April. I was greeted as if I was a long time friend who had come for a visit. These guys go out of their way to make the students feel welcome and comfortable, many times at the expense of their own comfort.
I came back to Rishikesh the end of August to expand my studies with the 300 hr in September and was again, met with a warm welcome.
Ajay ji is a diamond. Kind, soft spoken and makes things happen. He wears lots of hats at 7 Chakras, teacher, officiator of ceremonies, listener, doer, friend,
and one of the best human beings on the planet. He is NOT your servant. Return his kindness. Summi is funny, fresh, supportive, and gives to the students. Astanga Abhishek ji is quiet, knows his stuff, always has a smile. Pankaj, a soft soul, is breath himself. His knowledge and information regarding pranayama is delivered with warmth, passion and professionalism. Siddant ji, shares meditation, Indian and yogic philosophy from his heart and loves the students questions. Hatha Abhishek ji....Could not ask for better. Teaches with a sense of humor, patience, knowledge and passion. Sonu ji teaches how to teach from his heart, executes alignment with precision and his stories are fun, funny and tools for teaching. Himanshu ji knows more about anatomy than anyone I've ever talked with. HIs expectations of the students are high, a good thing. Shivam ji, is a philosopher in disguise as the Iyengar god. Perfection with his yoga genre while he makes you laugh. Aman ji woke us up with Hatha at 530 a.m. in the 300, a most excellent way to start the day.
Sushil ji an Manoj ji.....deep bow to both of you for feeding us every day. Good stuff. The tea could be a little stronger : ). Feel free to bring your own embelishments , pnut butter, cinnamon, nuts, other fruit.
No matter where you come from for this training, understand, this is India, a different country from your own maybe. There are things that will be different, things these beautiful people have no control over, and things they can do something about. Bring it to their attention if you have a burning desire, and be nice about it. These guys work hard. Extract the beauty of this practice, the community and the experience, the superb instruction and the relationships you'll build.

200hr YTT - LIFE CHANGING.

Take the leap, take it, and you’ll never ever regret it. I have never travelled far or solo before… but I knew that 7chakrayogaschool was right where I needed to go, where I needed to be. To grow. To learn, to blossom.
I did just that… and more! A life changing experience.

The people, the school, the teachers… everyone in 7chakrayogaschool made me feel so welcome. I truly felt at home, apart of the family. Only three days in and I was so emotional with gratitude and love.

From the accommodation, to the food, to the adventures and the classes, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even when I was unwell, I was taken care of like family. I really cannot sum up the beautiful experience I have had during the month of June. But its changed my life, a piece of my heart will forever be in Rishikesh and the beautiful 7chakrayogaschool.

If you are being drawn towards going to 7chakrayogaschool in Rishikesh…. JUST DO IT! BOOK THE COURSE, BOOK THE FLIGHTS! From my heart to yours and I mean this… go go go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This school has not only given me the knowledge I need to become a good yoga teacher, it has also given me everything I need to lead a healthy and happy life.
