"Mixed experience so far"
Since I returned my impressions I have been waiting 5 weeks for communication about my treatment plan. I only received an email 5 weeks ago saying that they received my impressions and that they would get back to me with my treatment plan. The site says that the treatment plan should be provided within 2-3 weeks after the impressions. I have still heard nothing. I have called them twice and left messages, but have received no call back. Also, the site doesn’t work completely - only some of the photo attachment buttons work for uploading pictures. Their customer service line always goes to voicemail…If this is a legitimate business, then they are absolutely terrible! Don’t buy from them! It’s worth it to pay more to go elsewhere.
Update 3/15/23: They emailed me yesterday to apologize for the issues and they refunded me $250 for my trouble. They said my treatment plan should be ready in 4-5 days. I am pleased that they are in communication with me again and that they are trying to improve the situation for me. I will wait to see if all goes well after this...
Update 4/7/23: I received my aligners today. They seem great so far. The package also came with a lot of cool stuff including a very nice teeth whitening kit. The aligners appear to be good quality and they fit comfortably. I’ve updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars and if things keep going well I will probably add another star. 👍

"I loved this company"
I loved this company! Until…they sent me a pair of retainers that didn’t fit correctly (they were too high in the back and jabbed into my gums and the backs didn’t fit) and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them for months and now I’m sure my teeth have shifted. I wish they would send retainers that were heavy duty and lasted years. Not these cheap ones that crack after 4 months and you have to keep buying.
And then when they’re made to be the wrong fit, and you can’t get a hold of them for new ones, it is very frustrating!
Update: 10 minutes after I wrote this review I called again and miraculously got a real person! She was very helpful and Is sending new impression kit and I helping me get the correct retainers. I was very glad for her help, but unless someone real answers the phone, it has been very hard to talk to someone.

After going through the process with snap correct my teeth shifted a bit and I reached out to the company and they offered a second set of aligners for a pretty big fee..I process the order and redid the impression kit and sent them back to snap correct..This was done 5 to 6 months ago and still no update..I have reached out to customer support by phone , email and messaging no less than 10 time from myself and my wife's phone but still no response..I think they have gone out of business at this point and they stole my money..please do not use this company or you will definitely regret it..Go with a reputable company like Byte or Smile direct club..

"Don't Use SnapCorrect - Absent Customer Service"
I am a longterm customer of SnapCorrect, having used their aligners in 2018-2019. I have since used my last aligner as a retainer to ensure my teeth stay straight. This is where the problem begins - their customer service team is completely MIA. I have been trying to reach them for 3+ months to order a replacement of my last aligner. Given they are thin plastic, they loosen up over time. I have called no less than 10 times, used their online chat window numerous times (with no response), emailed (no response), and submitted a ticket on their support platform. This is complete patient negligence. Please use another company, this will be money down the drain for you as it has been for me - my teeth have now moved back into their original position.

I should have my aligners by now... where are they? Been going on 3 months since they were being made. You guys need better customer service. Still no one answers the phone there or emails! Please send my money back now.

"Keep going ghost with communication"
I have been dealing with SnapCorrect for a few years. They were always very helpful and quick to respond when I would contact them to obtain new retainers or to discuss issues I had with shifting of my teeth. That all changed in 2021.
I had made several attempts at contacting them to address shifting in my teeth and wanting to obtain a new treatment plan. After several months and no communication about impressions I sent in I contacted them to advise them that my next communication would be from my attorney since they were not fulfilling their end of the deal. They finally contacted me and advised that the impressions I sent in Oct 2021 were not useful and they were sending another kit. This was April of 2022. I sent those impressions back and again they advised that only the lower were useable. They sent me another kit and that was returned to them the beginning of May 2022. They have since gone ghost again. I used to get an email advising that they received my returned kit. This is no longer the case.
This is extremely frustrating since I have been using the same retainer for almost a year and half, when they are meant to be work 6-12 months at most. My retainer is also now broken which is another issue. I cannot afford to spend thousands more with a different company, and should not have to since they are supposed to continue support for their customers. It looks like they only get back to new customers and have forgotten how to maintain the ones they already have.

"I ordered 2 sets of retainers on Apr 6, 2022"
I ordered 2 sets of retainers on April 6, 2022, I paid $150. I was told they would be sent out in 3 weeks. It is now May 19, 2022 and I haven’t received the retainers. I have messaged on Facebook, sent several messages on their Support page, and emailed with my receipts attached showing the date and amount I paid for 2 sets of retainers. I received an email that someone will be in contact with me within 24 hours, no one contacted me so I called last week Thursday, May 12, 2022. Kristie told me the lab misplaced my order and the retainers were to be done on Friday, May 13. 2022 and once the retainers were sent up to her, they will be sent out on Tuesday, May 17 or Wednesday May 18, 2022 and I will receive an email letting me know they were sent out. I was also told by Kristie that I will get a refund of $50 for this delay, I haven’t received anything. I sent an email to their customer support earlier today and no reply. I asked that if they can’t fulfill my order for the retainers, I want a refund of the $150 I sent to them in good faith that I would receive what I paid for.

I most definitely would give the five star rating. As I was referred to Snapcorrect online service. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. After being helped online,I have been telling everyone about Snapcorrect. And there invisible aligners. Everyone I meet telling them that they should go to Snapcorrect Online.
