Trying to get in contact with them for months about my order and no one is answering or replying to emails. And I don’t know a party’s extension number. I sent in my impressions in the beginning of September and got an email saying my impressions were reviewed and cleared and are undergoing another review on 9/10 and haven’t heard anything since. Please someone help!

I received treatment from Snap Correct and the treatment was not successful 13 different times due to manufacturing defects. I have been so incredibly patient with them for the last 3 years and they have stopped responding to my emails. Complete SCAM! Do not waste your money.

"I paid for snap correct in April"
I paid for snap correct in April, 2021 and did not get they device until July. When they arrived, the bottom fit but the top did not. They said they would send another mold. No three weeks later, it still has not arrived. When I call on the phone they have never answered despite 20 phone calls. They have called back three times. Very frustrating.

"I bought the liners and after they got…they will not return calls"
I bought the liners and after they got all my money, they will not call back if you have a problem. I have Ben calling them for 4 months because the liner won’t stay on my husband teeth and break. You’re supposed to get a lifetime appointments how are you do that when you can’t get a hold of them.
