"Helpful assistance w/cancelling a reservation"

Due to being sick and advised to avoid travel, we needed to cancel a non-refundable hotel stay for an upcoming trip.The healthcare provider drafted a letter stating that advice, which helped immensely with backing up our need to cancel travel plans.
Dana at Nustay was incredibly helpful with interacting with the hotel about the circumstances, and the hotel was willing to cancel/refund our stay. Much appreciation to Dana and her team at Nustay for assisting us with this, in the midst of challenging circumstances due to the coronavirus outbreak in my region.

"Very friendly and helpful people"

Very friendly and helpful people work at this company. We had a
nonrefundable reservation at Manama for 1 night on our way from Thailand. The Bahrain authority did not allow us to enter the country due to preventing of coronavirus threat. I told to Nustay about that situation and ask to return my money and they did it in spite of nonrefundable booking.

"Jeg har tidligere forsøgt at booke…"

Jeg har tidligere forsøgt at booke overnatning i Hamburg via Nustay, men efter tre gange at have oplevet at prisen steg voldsomt når jeg ville booke opholdet, så lagde jeg Nustay på køl i længere tid.

Nu skal jeg til Hamburg igen, og eftersom Nustay’s navn dukkede op med en god pris, blev jeg enig med mig selv om at prøve at booke via dem igen - man skal jo give folk en ekstra chance.

Det første hotel jeg stødte på var Intercityhotel Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, og der kunne jeg få to overnatninger til en samlet pris af ca. 785.-, ja altså indtil jeg ville booke hotellet, for så steg prisen til ca. 2240.-

Ja ok, alle kan jo lave en fejl, så jeg prøvede med et andet hotel, og denne fang faldt valget på hotellet Vier Jahrzeit, hvor prisen for to overnatninger samlet ville være ca. 2600.-. Ja, det var altså prisen indtil jeg ville booke værelset, for så steg prisen til tæt på 3250.-.

Jeg har på sin vis forståelse for at priserne kan stige/falde i det tidsrum man forsøger at færdiggøre sin booking, men jeg har svært ved at acceptere at prisen stiger så voldsomt i 5 ud af 5 tilfælde hvor jeg forsøger at booke et hotel via Nustay.

Der findes mange andre alternativer der ikke har så lyssky metoder til at lokke kunderne ind i butikken, og dem vil jeg være nødsaget til at bruge næste gang jeg skal booke et hotel.

"Extremely efficient and proactive"

I had to cancel a trip in the current COVID-19 context, which meant cancelling my hotel booking with Nustay.
Ariana, Nustay's Customer Service Specialist, was extremely efficient in processing my cancellation request and proactively offered to request a refund from the venue, although the fare I had booked was a pre-paid, non-refundable one - which she managed to obtain.
I'm very grateful for the high-quality customer service provided by Nustay, and Ariana in particular, and am sure to book with them again.

"Good customer service"

Unfortunately due to a medical issue me and my partner could not attend our holiday that we had booked, but despite having a no refund policy on our hotel booking Nustay went the extra mile after I emailed them and were able to cancel and fully refund us. Their customer service representative Megan responded quickly and over the weekend to resolve this.
