Switches from USD to EUR in booking quote, sends invoice in EUR but bills you in USD and refuses to send you USD invoice. You will also get a foreign transaction fee from your bank. Terrible customer service.

Made a booking today and paid 250 pounds, 6 minutes later received an email asking me to pay an extra 63 euros as the price has increase and they wanted a quick answer from me so they can send me a link to pay.
They stated on the email if i don't want to pay the extra they will cancel my booking and refund my money in the very same day.
I refused to pay an extra and i m still waiting for my money and no hotel booked.
I have copies of all our correspondence and something needs to be done.
Following you reply, if your team has released the money then why did i not received it?

Nustay assistant reply to email/phone immediatly(less than 2min) when you contact them. They was able to negiciate my refund even after I book with no refund agreement.
I had a trouble twice(Paris and Sunnyvale) with Hotel booking and, Nustay assistance was able to assit me with lot of satisfaction.

I would give them no stars at all if I could!!!! Let’s start there. Now I booked a stay that cost me nearly $300 and once I showed up to check in the hotel told me that there were no rooms available for the one that I booked and asked if I would like another room which I did not take because it wouldn’t accommodate me and my guests. So I immediately tried calling nustay the phone would give you an option like 1 or 2 and I tried them all and every time the phone just hung up on me not letting me get through to a real person which is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE not only did I try that 100,000 time I also tried emailing 100,000 more time each time I got automatic replies and my bank will not let me dispute it because it has already been posted all they could tell me is to contact nustay and I CANNOT REACH THEM!!! It’s been days !!! Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! Below is the emails I received each time I tried to contact them.
