I made a reservation last night, done a 2 hour journey to Jury's Inn Oxford only to be told that I have no reservation and there is no contact phone number for this company. I am standing at the lobby, stranded, helpless on my birthday. This is rather cruel. Can you possibly respond to my email pls?

Making the reservation was so easy but we don't understand why the charges are already on our credit card account. Whenever we have made reservations at other hotels, the charge does not come until we have completed the stay. Something doesn't seem right when we already are being charged for a stay in the middle of October.

My stay at the Red Roof was very pleasant, and I was able to get the rate $20 lower a night by booking with Nustay. The booking process with Nustay was very easy and efficient, and when I arrived the clerk had the paperwork ready. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The room was remodeled, and the AC was cold and not too noisy. My only complaint was the remote to the tv was missing the back, and the freaking batteries kept falling out lol. Overall great value.
