It has been 10 days since I asked why the tax preparer utilized the standard deduction when preparing my taxes instead of calculating itemized deductions when my itemized deductions were substantially greater than the standard deduction. I asked for an update 3 business days ago, but haven't received an acknowledgement that either message had been received through the bench tax platform.
