"Our first mattess was a "lemon" !!"

Our Serta mattress "fell in" after 18 months of use. We went to Coconis Store and told them what had happened. They sent a representative from Mattress First within a few days to our home. He measured it and took several pictures. Within a couple of days we received a phone call ato come to the store and pick our a new mattress. It was a good experience overall. We ended up buying an adjustable base which cost a little more than our original mattress but we are happy with that too !!
