"Purchased bedroom and living room furnishings"

I have purchased from Coconis in the past and have referred friends and family to your store. I just recently purchased bedroom and living room furnishings; bedroom items to be delivered next week and living room later on.
The store scooter was a big help to me as I have limited mobility. Being able to look at everything in the store is the reason I purchased living room furniture even though my visit to Coconis was only to purchase beds.
Sales lady, Janie, was extremely helpful. She not only answered all my questions, but looked up items on the computer to help me make a decision. I would definitely look her up next time I come into the store.

The box was hard to open and the lamps had to be put together by me
The dresser o ordered was put together before they delivered it
I paid for the golden delivery and didn't expect to have to put together anything or unpack anything. The delivery guy didn't smile or seem friendly.

Barry met us as we walked in the door , he was very helpful throughout our visit . We were victims of a flood in June which we lost everything. He and the company went above and beyond to help us replace our dinette set , bedroom suite and living room suit . We would recommend Coconis to everyone.

Always a warm and inviting place to shop. No high pressure salesman bothering you. Just kind people willing to lend a hand and help out when needed. Very knowledgable sales people too!!
