I have bought several plants from Emma which have been lovely quality and packaged amazingly but its not just this that makes this lady very special .. it is the after service plus giving me advice about plants i have not even bought from her !! One awesome seller !!! 🌿😊❤️

Really pleased with my item. I couldn’t get the parcel until the next day at the post office (my fault) but as it was so well packaged it didn’t harm the plant in any way. Really pleased with the price and the plant.

"Wasted a lot of money on a lot of disappointment"

Bought two cuttings..
1. Neither acclimated or protected from the cold. Sent in the winter, unprotected from the cold and snow.. it was minus 5-10 at the time (just wrapped in tissue paper). The rooted cutting lasted a week before it started dying, so I’m going to assume either the cold got to it or it hadn’t been acclimated before sending out which she is known for. The stem was cut really painfully short about 1 inch so it literally had nothing when it needed to be cut back to see if it had rot.
2. Unrooted cutting sold with no prospect of ever succeeding with no decent node. Emma had cheekily done was snipped a cutting that REALLY wasn’t ready to leave the mother plant. The nodes were tiny little nubs barely poking out of the plant (they were that tiny 2mm at best) that rotted away really quickly and it had no chance of growing according to more experienced plant growers even with heat matts and grow lights. This plant lasted a month.
3. Will only except bank transfer (no PayPal) super dodgy as she does not give refunds even if she is at fault.
4. She says you can ask her advice but when this consists of ‘some people have success with water for the unrooted cutting’. This is considerably unhelpful and actually appalling for someone calling herself a ‘garden centre’. No mention of hydrogen peroxide for root rot or any basic advice that normal sellers would give you.

Literally avoid at all costs, especially inexperienced buyers. You might get lucky but you might also end up spaffing a lot of money in to the wind when you’d get a better plant from gardening direct and that’s saying something!

Absolutely not a fake review, thank you for the accusation. I have photo evidence of you not accepting PayPal, the cuttings, your substandard packaging and of other unhappy customers. Funnily enough, you also say it’s a fake review to everyone else who complains and unhappy comments disappear from your Facebook page. I’m recommending that unhappy customers contact trading standards as your service is terrible and slating these people on Facebook to your other customers is highly unprofessional.

Also if you had read my review properly you would have seen that I did actually come to you for advice. But some people have luck with water propagation isn’t really advice and is substandard when you are potentially selling to beginner plant enthusiasts. The rest of the time you seemed very disinterested in actually helping so I sought advice elsewhere, hence actual experts being shocked at what you were selling.

Actually no I never approached you aside from asking for help with the dying cuttings because you made it very clear on your Facebook page that you would give no refunds or replacement cuttings and as I paid by bank transfer as it was the only option, I had no recourse if anything went wrong. This was posted everywhere at the time. Now it’s great that you’ve changed (hallelujah!) but everytime I’ve seen customers unhappy, their comments have most definitely disappeared. Which suggests you do not like criticism at all.
